Registration and Access

Service Policy

For live coaching sessions, workshops, and group programs, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. As an alternative, you may reschedule a session up to two times at no additional cost. If a session is missed or a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, eligibility for a refund is not available due to instructor and venue commitments.

Infoproduct Policy

All digital programs and recorded materials are delivered instantly upon purchase or download request. Because access is granted immediately, infoproducts are not eligible for refund once delivery is complete. This policy is emphasized during checkout and in your confirmation email to ensure an informed decision.

Goods Policy

Physical items may be sent back for inspection within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate this process, contact us via our contact form. Following verification, approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

Modifications to Terms

Solvanta reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on solvanta.vip and will become effective immediately upon publication.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hawalli Governorate.
